ART FESTIVAL SPONSORS

The Mount Dora Center for the Arts (MDCA) is pleased to offer your business the following sponsorship opportunity at the 34th Annual Mount Dora Arts Festival, to be held February 7 & 8, 2009.  MDCA agrees to provide sponsor with all items outlined in the Fact Sheet in accordance to the selected level of sponsorship:

  • Exclusive Leadership: 12,500.00
  • Leadership: 10,000.00
  • Venue: 5,000.00
  • Supporting: 2,500.00

Leadership Sponsors: receive significant benefits in support of the event.  Your company will be acknowledged before and throughout the event.  In addition you will also receive

  • A 10 x 10 booth space for your company display and materials (tent, tables and chairs are NOT provided)
  • Enhanced logo advertising recognition includes TV, radio and newspaper advertisements
  • Enhanced logo on all promotional materials, including but not limited to Event Guide, invitations, official poster, and website
  • ½ page ad in the Event Guide
  • Banner with logo will be placed at the corner of heavily traveled Fifth Avenue at least two weeks prior to the event announcing the event and recognizing the sponsor
  • Up to 2 (2) banners with your logo on display during the event
  • Sponsor mentioned at least five times daily over event-wide PA system
  • Eight (8) tickets to the Kickoff Reception
  • Two (4) VIP parking passes
  • Full access to Hospitality Tent during the Arts Festival
  • Framed official event poster signed by the artist
  • Recognition in Center newsletter, annual report and other Center materials and publications before and after the festival

Venue Sponsor: 5,000.00
The Main Stage, Kids Art Area and Demonstration tent are just a few of the gathering places for thousands of festival patrons.  Other areas are available as well and can be tailored to suite your needs.  As a Venue Sponsor, you will receive the following benefits:

  • Naming of Area:  i.e., “The [Your Company Here] Kids Art Tent “ displayed prominently at the venue. Area’s available for naming rights include:
    • Stage
    • Parking
    • Gallery
    • Artist Hospitality
  • A 10 x 10 booth space for your company display and materials (tent, table and chairs are NOT provided)
  • Advanced publicity of venue will emphasize your company’s sponsorship and support of the program
  • Exclusive promotional rights for your product or service category
  • Sponsor mentioned at least two times daily over event-wide PA system
  • Logo on all promotional materials, including but not limited to Event Guide, invitations, official poster, and website
  • 1/4 page ad in Event Guide
  • Recognition in radio and newspaper advertisements
  • Six (6) tickets to the Kickoff Reception
  • Two (2) VIP parking passes
  • Full access to Hospitality Tent during the Arts Festival
  • Venue Sponsor Appreciation Kit
  • Recognition in Center newsletter, annual report and other Center materials and publications before and after the festival

Supporting Sponsor: 2,500.00
Supporting Sponsors will be acknowledged throughout the event through the following benefits:

  • A 10 x 10 booth space for your company display and materials (tent, table and chairs are NOT provided)
  • Name recognition in Event Guide and on website
  • Advertising recognition in newspaper advertisements
  • Sponsor mentioned at least twice daily over event-wide PA system
  • Four (4) tickets to the Kickoff Reception
  • Two (2) VIP parking passes
  • Full access to Hospitality Hub during the Arts Festival
  • Supporting Sponsor Appreciation Kit
  • Recognition in Center newsletter, annual report and other Center materials and publications before and after the festival

Terms

  • Sponsor’s Fee of payable upon execution of contract.
  • Sponsor provides tent or trailer, tables and chairs.  Tent must be flame-retardant to pass City of Mount Dora code inspection.  Two or more sidewalls recommended.
  • Booth space may not be given, sold, or traded to any other organization or person for any reason
  • The sale of t-shirts, posters, bags, or food is prohibited.  Any other sales, giveaways or raffle activities must be approved in advance.
  • The use of sound amplification equipment (including but not limited to megaphones, karaoke machines, PA systems, etc.) is prohibited.
  • Participants may not stand out in front of the booth with intent to block traffic flow.
  • Booth must be set up and manned from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm both days of the festival.
  • For safety and communication reasons, we require that a cell phone must be in the booth at all times.
  • No vehicles are allowed in the venue.
  • No radio’s or sound systems without prior approval.
  • No sales – only hand outs.
